Each individual may hold only one (1) active Account on tajir365 at any time. Opening multiple Accounts — whether using different email addresses, identities, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. tajir365 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — including all bets placed and deposits made — shall be deemed to have been authorised by you. All Player Accounts for Malaysian users are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Transactions processed via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, DuitNow, and FPX are settled in MYR. Currency conversion fees may apply for transactions initiated in other currencies.
tajir365 is required under its international licensing obligations to conduct identity and age verification for all Player Accounts. Deposits may be made via the payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time, including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow, FPX, and selected cryptocurrency options. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your Account immediately upon successful processing.

tajir365's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
tajir365 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any feature of the Platform at any time without notice.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Subject to outstanding wagering requirements being resolved, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method following standard KYC checks.
tajir365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in the event of: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) suspected fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity; (c) inability to complete satisfactory KYC verification; (d) failure to comply with a lawful request from a regulatory authority; or (e) any other reason that tajir365 considers reasonable in the circumstances.
Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution clauses — shall continue to apply.
These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tajir365 holds its international gaming licence. This choice of governing law does not override any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your place of residence.
In the event of a dispute between you and tajir365, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedural rules of a recognised international arbitration body.
For Malaysian users: nothing in this clause restricts your rights under applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation to the extent such legislation cannot lawfully be excluded by contract.

Where changes are material, we will provide advance notice via email to the address registered on your Account, or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. The updated Terms will indicate the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended provisions, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.
